Barbecue Sauce



	Barbecue Sauce appetizers, sauces, microwave 2 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 2 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper 3/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup firm packed dark brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 drop (few) tabasco sauce,to taste 1. Place butter, onion, garlic and green pepper in a deep, 1 1/2- quart heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole and heat in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. 2. Add remaining ingredients; stir well to combine. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Serve over meat or poultry. Makes 2 1/4 cups
