2 cup pinto beans; *
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 clove garlic; finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon red chiles; ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pepper; dash of
* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 2 cups of dip.
