Apple Sorbet #2

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
3 large granny smith apples; peeled cored and pureed
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon applejack
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg

Combine sugar and water in saucepan over med. high heat and stir til sugar is dissolved. Just before syrup comes to boil, remove from heat. Cool and chill. Add syrup to remaining ingred. and blend well. Finish in either ice cream maker or freezer.
