	Mary Nell Reck's Galveston Rub bar-b-q, marinades ----FOR POULTRY AND PORK---- 6 garlic cloves; crushed 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon lemon juice Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
