2 lb whole green beans
1 boiling water
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 or less to taste
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1 pimiento strips
Cook Beans in water to cover with 2 teaspoons salt until not quite tender. Drain. Saute in oil with garlic powder for 3 minutes. Add remaining salt and all other ingredients except pimiento. Reheat. Garnish with pimiento strips. Walt MM
