1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoon liquid barbecue smokeae
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 salt; to taste
Combine in saucepan and simmer slowly for 30 min. to blend flavors. Brush on any meat orchicken as it grills and serve with cooked meat as well. Makes two cups.
