1 1/2 tablespoon pork drippings
1/2 gal ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 57 sauce
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon red pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and simmer till thick. When you use this remember its realy a glaze and not a sauce, this recipe makes about a gallon. Use beer to thin befor using.
