Newfoundland Dumplings

1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
Blend together the flour,baking powder and salt.Stir in 1/2 cup of milk.Drop by large spoonful over hot stew or soup.Cover and simmer 15 minutes.Serve with the stew or soup.
