Rubarb Relish


canadian

5 cup rubarb,diced
3 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves

Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil,simmer uncovered for 1 hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great with Ham or other meat dishes
