1 tablespoon butter
1 small oignon (optional)
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon curry (optional to taste)
Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft. Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
