1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 each egg
4 each apples, medium, chopped
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream butter with sugar. Add honey and egg; beat well. Stir in apples. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into oiled 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Caramel Sauce. Serves 4
