1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon rind, freshly grated
1/2 cup bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
Process all ingredients together for 2-3 min. Pour the mixture into a buttered pie plate.
Bake at 350 deg F for 40-45 min.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of sugar over the baked pie and broil until browned.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
