Tart 'n' Tangy Italian Dressing
dressings, garlic
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 dash cayenne or red pepper
Combine all ingredients in jar; cover and shake vigorously. Chill 1 hour for flavors to blend. Shake well before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
