1/4 cup sugar
7 tablespoon shoyu (soy sauce)
1/4 teaspoon msg; opt'l
2 teaspoon ginger root; grated
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 lb steak; cut thin
: -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling. Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste.
