3/4 cup oil
5 tablespoon onion -- mince
3 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
3 1/2 teaspoon ketchup
3 1/2 teaspoon water
1 1/2 teaspoon celery -- mince
1 teaspoon ginger -- grate
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Blend until smooth; store covered. Drain salad well and toss with dressing immediately before serving, or serve dressing on the table. Recipe By :
