Matzo Stuffing
main dish, kosher
4 matzos
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 celery (opt.)
Crumble matzos and sprinkle with water. Add other ingredients. This stuffing may be used for any meat or fowl.
