Plums With Honey

6 to 8 plums depending on size
2 cup orange-spice tea or your
1 choice
1 honey
1 pecan halves
1 vanilla ice cream
1 kornmo kjeks or graham
1 crakers

Place plums into boiling tea. Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour. Remove skins. Pour honey into heavy-bottomed pan and heat on low; add plums and turn until all sides are covered. When ready to serve, add pecans. Serve with ice cream and crackers.
