Health Grain Bread


breadmaker, nuts

3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoon nonfat dried milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon applesauce
1/4 cup grated or chopped carrots
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup bran flakes
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 teaspoon yeast

This recipe can be used in the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles. ~FOR 1-LB. LOAF
