Hot Oatmeal


breakfast, vegetarian, diabetic, nuts

----MIX IN A SMALL PAN----
1 cup hot water
2/3 cup oatmeal cook gently for 5-6 minutes
----ADD----
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
----SERVE WITH----
1/4 cup milk or yogurt (low-fat)
