Oriental Lamb
lamb, oriental
4 lb lamb steak
1 cup white wine
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 single salt
1 single pepper
Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
