Chuletas Espanolas

6 pork chops
1 salt and pepper
1 to taste
1 red chile sauce
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 centiliter garlic, sliced

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hours or until very tender. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings. Judy Howle "Flavors of the South" howle@ebicom.net http://www.ebicom.net/~howle
