Coach's Whole Hog Paste


pork

80 lb whole hog; gutted with skin
4 lb head country bar-b-que spice
2 cup olive oil
2 cup white vinegar
1 bunch rosemary sprigs
1 can pineapple juice; large
1 can pineapple chunks in juice; l
5 garlic cloves
1 head country bbq sauce or
1 coach's bbq sauce
