Broccoli-chedder Stuffed Potato
potatoes
10 oz idaho potatoes
1/2 cup broccoli -- steamed and
1 chopped
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
3/4 oz lowfat cheddar cheese --
1 shredded
In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese and bake and 375 for 15 minutes or until heated.
