2/3 cup hot water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz can orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoon unflavored yogurt
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 cup ice cubes
In blender, mix together hot water and gelatin. Add sugar and blend. Add orange juice, yogurt, extract, and ice and blend on high until ice is crushed. Pour into parfait glasses and chill. Dessert will be ready to eat in 10 minutes.
