6 slice turkey bacon
1 egg
2 can 7 oz ea tuna, undrained
6 tomato slices
1 teaspoon mustard
1/3 cup lo fat mayonnaisse
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 hamburger buns
Cook bacon; beat egg; add tuna, mustard, mayonnaisse, onion, bread crumbs, and mix well. Spoon onto bottom halves of buns. Broil 6" away from the heat till brown; about 6 minutes. Top each with a tomato slice and two pieces of bacon. Cover with top of buns which you have toasted lightly before
