Marlboro Country Guacamole

1 each large ripe avocado (about 8
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon seeded and finely chopped pi
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Peel, pit and mash avocado; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes about a cup.* From "Famouse Chili Recipes From Marlboro Country". We like to put a little chopped fresh onion in our guacamole too.
