Turkish Pilaf


vegetarian, ethnic, turkish, grains

1 1/2 cup brown rice
4 cup water
2 tablespoon almonds; slivered
2 tablespoon pistachio nuts; shelled
1/4 cup dried prunes; chopped
1/4 cup dried apricot; chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
