1 lb long green beans, trimmed, : cooked, -- and cooled 1 ts crushed red pepper flakes 2 TB rice vinegar 1 ts chopped garlic 1/4 c olive oil 2 TB sesame oil 2 c cherry tomatoes, -- halved 2 TB crushed toasted peanuts : Salt and pepper
In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
