4 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground giner
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

PIERCE sweet potatoes several times with a fork, and place on a baking sheet.
BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
STIR together sour cream and next 3 ingredients. Spoon over split baked potatoes, and sprinkle with pecans.
