Rau Tron Ngot Va Chua

1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoon sugar, granulated

Use any combination of the following vegetables to prepare the salad: Onion, radish, carrot, celery, bell pepper. Chop the vegetables finely, marinate in salad dressing, place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Some other vegetables do not need to be marinated; quartered cucumbers cut diagonally; finely chopped cabbage; coarsely broken leaf lettuce.
