Spicy Shrimp & Pork Salad
seafood, ham/pork, vietnam
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, ground
3 each minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoon vingegar
3 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
2 cup cooked port, cubed small
1 lb cooked shrimp, diced small
1 each cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon mint
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. Serves 6-8 Spicy Shrimp and Pork Salad YAM VIETNAM
