1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds; ground
3 garlic cloves; minced
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
2 cup cooked pork; cubed small
1 lb cooked shrimp; diced small
1 cucumber; peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon mint
Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint. From AOL, June 1993.
